Wild Mouse Genomes Project

We are an international consortium aiming to sequence and analyze the genomes of more than 1000 wild-caught house mice. Our goals are to deepen understanding of the genetic diversity and evolutionary history of this globally pervasive species and pave the way for the discovery of new mouse models of human disease.
